As an instructor Nicholas has worked as an administrator, guest lecturer, assistant professor and workshop leader for Concordia’s theatre department in many Introduction to Acting and Theatre History classes as well as an advanced studio course on Peking opera.

Nicholas has also worked as an assistant instructor in stage combat, when apprenticing under FDC Fight Master Daniel Levinson and Simon Fon at Rapier Wit and George Brown college, respectively.

Outside of theatre, Nicholas has produced many instructional technical videos for Canadian non-profit organizations and is currently leading Online Learning at LogicalOutcomes.

LogicalOutcomes is a Canadian non-profit organization that provides evaluation and consulting to support collective impact.  As a consultant with LogicalOutcomes Nicholas produces online learning videos for LogicalOutcomes, their clients and other non-profit organizations.
